BASIC INFORMATION OF THE PROJECT

1. This project aims to treat the waste gas generated during the spraying and baking process of water pump manufacturing. The waste gas mainly consists of benzene, toluene, xylene, and total VOCs.

2. The air volume is 60000m ³/h, the relative humidity is 80%, and the exhaust gas concentration is about 200mg/m ³.

3. The processing technology used is dry filter+activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO) equipment. After processing, it meets the emission limit for volatile organic compounds in the furniture manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province DB44/814-2010 for the second period.
